One of last year’s most talked-about events, Yorktoberfest returns to York Racecourse again this October with beer, bratwurst, superb live entertainment and lots of laughs!

Step inside the giant Bavarian-themed marquee on the Clocktower Enclosure, fill your stein with delicious beer, grab a tasty bite from the German-inspired Dog Haus and head to your table for some hearty fun with friends!  The 7-piece Bavarian Strollers oompah band will get you on your feet with their thigh-slapping, foot-stomping oompah tunes as well as feel-good disco classics, and last year’s star of the show, the outrageous Queen of Drag, Velma Celli is sure to make it a night to remember with her powerhouse vocals and outrageous humour!

So dig out the dirndls and lederhosen, or any fancy dress – there are nightly competitions and prizes for the best dressed – and get ready to enjoy the best party in town!

The internationally-acclaimed Bavarian Strollers have travelled the world bringing their unique take on oompah music to Bier Keller evenings, Oktoberfests, bars, parties and offices, and have appeared on television.  Their Bavarian table dances and German ‘prosit’ toasts look set to make Yorktoberfest a memorable experience.

Returning to the stage by popular demand will be ‘the UK’s Queen of live vocal drag’, Velma Celli, who has been charming audiences across the globe for the past 12 years, from Australia to New York, and from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to London’s Hippodrome.

The Bavarian Bar will serve delicious beer as well as a range of wines, prosecco, spirits and soft drinks for those who prefer not to ‘hop’!  A variety of German-inspired food will cater for all tastes, with the essential favourites of sausages, schnitzels and pretzels as well as vegan and vegetarian options.

How to Redeem

Bring a copy of your voucher featuring its unique code either on paper or in digital form to your pre-booked date and session. Please note your details will be shared with the Yorktoberfest team so they can confirm your attendance.

Terms & Conditions

1. To redeem your voucher, simply print or take a digital copy with you on your phone to the establishment.  This will also be cross checked against the name on the booking.
2. This voucher is valid for the selected sitting ONLY, on Friday 18^th October 7pm to 11pm
3. This voucher is for a reserved Standard table which includes live entertainment.  It does not include beer or food, which are additional.
4. Your voucher is valid for 6 people for the sitting you select and is subject to availability.
5. Duplicates will not be accepted.
6. Refund requests will not be accepted.
7. This voucher is uniquely identifiable by code and the establishment will verify your voucher before admission. Voucher codes can only be redeemed once. Please check the establishment’s website for opening hours. Once purchased vouchers cannot be exchanged for other vouchers.  The establishment reserves the right to refuse this voucher. If multiple copies exist this voucher will only be accepted on its first presentation. The sale of this voucher for profit is prohibited. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or exchanged for cash. Establishment’s decision is final.
